利用农杆菌介导的瞬时表达系统研究CYC 类TCP 蛋白的亚细胞定位

摘 要:

CYCLOIDEA (CYC)类 TCP 基因在豆科与玄参科植物中都参与了两侧对称花型的发育, 但它们的具体功能有明显的 差异。通过在豌豆花瓣中建立农杆菌EHA105介导的瞬时表达系统, 观察到豆科植物百脉根和玄参科植物金鱼草的CYC类 TCP 蛋白亚细胞定位有明显区别。

Using Agroinjection as a Transient Expression System to Investigate Subcellular Localization of CYC-like TCP Proteins

Abstract:

CYCLOIDEA-like TCP genes control the floral zygomorphy in both legume and Scrophulariaceae plants with divergent functions. A transient expression system using agroinjection mediated by Agrobacterium tumefaciens strain EHA105 was established in petals of pea (Pisum sativum L.), and we found that the subcellular localizations of two homologous proteins, CYCLOIDEA from Antirrhinum majus and LjCYC1 from Lotus japonicus, are differentially distributed in cells.
